The facilities at this hotel were top-notch. the lounge area and outdoor kitchen surrounding the swimming pool were especially impressive. It was great to have everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The room we stayed in had a strong unpleasant smell. Even after it was changed, the issue persisted.

The facilities at Budget Tented Village @ Urban Glamping were top-notch. The tent we stayed in was clean and cozy, with a comfortable double bed, a light, outlet, and a fan. The kitchen area was immaculate and provided a great space for preparing our own meals. We also enjoyed cooling off in the two clean pools available on-site. The location was perfect, with shops within walking distance. Additionally, the staff, particularly Lindokuhle, were welcoming and made sure we had a pleasant stay. As a disabled guest, I found the facilities accommodating and suitable for my needs.
We felt incredibly welcomed at Budget Tented Village @ Urban Glamping. We have no complaints about our stay.

I had a fantastic time at the Budget Tented Village during my stay in St Lucia. The tents were spotless and the whole camp was set up beautifully. The communal kitchen and pool area allowed me to meet other friendly travelers, and my kids easily made friends too. When I wanted some peace and quiet, I could relax on my private stoep with a beer while still keeping an eye on my girls. It was a very relaxing experience overall.

The lodge itself is beautiful and has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It is a safe place to stay and offers a self-catering service, which is convenient for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
The staff at the hotel were extremely unhelpful and unorganized upon our arrival. It took them a long time to figure out who we were and where we had booked.

For the value, we had an amazing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and sleeping in the tent was surprisingly cozy. The location was perfect - peaceful and close to nature, with well-maintained gardens that made us feel like we were in the bush. The staff, particularly the manageress, did an excellent job and made us feel welcome. Plus, being able to order food delivered to the camp was a great added bonus.
One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. It could have had a bit more variety for a more satisfying start to the day.

Best aspects about this place were the location and the breakfast. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was convenient to explore the area and have everything within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a continental breakfast, but it was well-prepared and fresh.
The noise and the temperature. The tents were not soundproof, and I could hear conversations from neighboring tents, which affected my sleep.

The pool area had matching outdoor loungers for me to relax into my own experience.which was absolutely fabulous.because nothing says luxury like matching loungers by the pool!
I mean, who needs pool after 9? It's not like I wanted to have a midnight swim.
